Virtual Nutrition Counseling
Individual Counseling
In private individual counseling, we’ll work together—just the two of us—to address your nutrition and health concerns. Our initial 60-minute session will include a thorough review or your lifestyle, medical history, behaviors, and goals. We’ll get to know one another and formulate a plan that’s tailored to your unique situation.
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. All sessions are virtual and conducted through a secure online telehealth program. Contact me to set up a complimentary call to discover if my services might be right for you.
Family Counseling
Family counseling is especially helpful if you have a caregiver or if you are not the only one responsible for what you eat and drink. In private family counseling, I’ll work with you and your family or caregiver to address your nutrition and health questions and goals. Our initial 60-minute session will include a thorough review or your lifestyle, medical history, behaviors, and objectives. I’ll get to know you and your family, and together we’ll formulate a plan tailored to your unique situation and desires.
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. The option to alternate between family counseling and individual counseling is available. All sessions are virtual and conducted through a secure online telehealth program. Contact me to set up a complimentary call to discover if my services might be right for you.

Fees and Insurance
Initial sessions are $155. Follow-up sessions are $135.
Cash, credit card, HSA, and HRA are all acceptable forms of payment. Additionally, I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare.
For other insurances, I can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you wish to use your insurance, I highly recommended you call your insurance provider to ask what they cover for nutrition services.
